Maybe Baby

Hi everyone! I am really excited to share with you a couple of new projects for my first blog post. While I consider myself a paper crafter (layouts, cards, altered items, and home decor), my passion is for creating cards.

When Carrie sent us a box filled with Paper Trunk goodies, I was thrilled. I went through and had so many ideas swimming in my head. I wanted to create something fun for my first post. I have noticed quite a few paper garlands being made lately, and I love the way they look. I did not realize that they were so simple. You can make them for birthday parties, baby showers, and even just a fun accent in the house.

Here is my paper garland and card made with the Maybe Baby line.

Here is a close up of the little flowers:

To make them, all you need to do is punch 6 circles with any size circle punch. Next, you fold each in half. Place a little adhesive on the back, and adhere together. Before you adhere the last one, wrap around ribbon or twine. Easy Peasy!!

Here is a cute simple card.

I sure didn't want to waste any scraps, so I used the extra circles for the card!!

I hope you enjoyed these simple projects. I plan on doing a tutorial for the paper garland. I hope everyone has a Blessed week!
