Allow me to introduce myself!

My name is Rachel Theall and it's my turn to introduce myself to all of you wonderful Paper Trunk fans! Many of you may know me as happay scrappay on the Internet, And, you see, until just a little bit ago, I was nothing more than a huge Paper Trunk fan myself. I debated for a long time about asking Carrie whether she was going to have a DT call or if she needed any new designers, but I never quite got up the courage. One beautiful day not so long ago the announcement that I had been waiting for appeared. I put my application together and sent it in. The only thing to do was wait...and stalk the blog and my e-mail and never put the phone down. Then I got that really fun e-mail that made my dream come true. I couldn't be more excited to be a part of this fantastic group of women that you've been meeting over the past few days.

Now for a little bit about me. I live in the most humid part of Missouri, Southeast Missouri near the Bootheel. I moved here 3 years ago with my family from Arizona. What a contrast!!! My husband and I have been married for 7 years. We have two wonderful boys, Elias 5 and Phineas (he goes by Phin Phin) who is 3. We live in a 106 year old house that overlooks the Mississippi River. The house requires quite a bit of maintenance and TLC but it is beautiful and we love it. In our backyard we've planted a vegetable garden that we are having so much fun tending.
When I'm not at work or scrapbooking, you'll find me knitting or running. (Picture of Bella's Mittens that I have been knitting. You don't want to see the only running pictures I have, which were taking after I fell on my face. Not pretty)

The other ladies have shared some of their favorite Paper Trunk pages but I am unable to do that. I only have one recent page that I made for the DT call. I promise you can see it soon, in Scrapbook Trends in October 2010! The other ladies have also shown you their scrapbook spaces but I'm really not going to do that because I have a bad habit of spending the time in my room scrapping, not cleaning. No one wants to see a disaster! That leaves me with not much more to share with you. I know that you will want to check back for more fun introductions and all the awesome projects that we will be making for you in the coming months!
