CHA Winter 2010 Re-Cap

Hey ya'll!  I'm back and recovering from CHA.  Thank you to my fabulous Design Team for keeping the blog exciting while I was away in Anaheim.

What to say about CHA?  The first word that comes to mind is exhilarating!  I have been to many a CHA's and there is always a unique "feel" for every show.  The Winter 2010 show was no different.  I had the opportunity to meet so many retailers, facebook friends, and new designers!

I need to send a HUGE shout-out to my sister/business manager, Jess for helping at the show!  We had a blast setting up the booth, taking orders, greeting people, and tearing down the booth...I love you Girl!
Also, a big thanks to my pal, Crystle for helping and keeping us laughing.
And...my sweet parents for their generosity and assistance with the booth.

The Paper Trunk booth got a little makeover this year and the feedback was fantastic.  Our booth guests commented that they loved the clean and straight forward appearance.  They rolled out the red carpet for the scrapbooking section of the show...literally!

The Krafty Collection was a HUGE draw in the booth!  Another big hit was our alphabet stickers... Carson & Benny!  Wow...kit clubs and card makers raved about these products!

I also did something new-green-savvy with the catalogs... I went digital.  Retailers had a choice of a paper or CD catalog.  If you are a retailer and did not attend the Winter CHA show, send me an e-mail and I can mail you a digital copy.

One final thought... it is very encouraging to have the support of retailers, distributors, sales reps, designers, blog readers, and some media gurus.  I love this industry and all the opportunities it has created for so many people across the globe.  I am so thankful to be a small part of this craft.  Thank YOU for supporting Paper Trunk and our efforts to provide greener crafting.
